About

The Anvil Library is an archive dedicated to preserving and making available zines and other printed materials related to anti-capitalist, anti-authoritarian Christian social movements from the 1960s to the present. Our goal is to provide a platform for marginalized voices to be heard and to ensure that their stories of resistance are shared and not forgotten. We are dedicated to highlighting and celebrating the rich history of Christian social movements. The Anvil Library provides free access to our digital collections of zines, pamphlets, journals, newspapers, and other printed materials from radical Christian organizations and movements. The archive is intended to serve as a resource for students, teachers, community organizations, activists, historians, artists, researchers and more.
